What a great night. We talked about Angie's endless dating, seriously the list goes on and on and on. Sandy heading to Vega again, Katie's endless run of bad luck(but she has an awesome kitchen because of it), and Stacy's up and coming BIG business (her message boards are awesome, we can't wait to see the website). We had a blast but we wished Amelia and Krissy could be there. Happy Birthday Sandy, thanks for giving us an excuse to get together. Viva Las Mexico!!

Ps...POOPY! Paul and I BOTH had the fortunate experience this month of a root canal AND crown, (it set us back a few grand) so no trips further than Las Vegas for us this year...unless we can get a sponsor! Hows about we shoot for an overnighter for now.

Mexico would be awesome right now (I'm so sick of the cold weather), but I'm afraid I probably wouldn't be able to go anywhere like that anytime soon. I teach during the week (T,W, and TH) and I'm busy most Saturdays. But, an overnight thing somewhere in northern Utah would work for me. Of course, you should all go if you can and bring me back a sombrero or a taco. I'm sorry I won't be there to translate.

Or, we could plan something big for mid to late summer. I'm only working through June. Of course, I have no money, so we'd have to find a sweet deal.

As some of you may know (I don't even know if anyone's reading this blog except for Nat and Katie occasionally) Peter got RSV a couple of weeks ago. He's doing much better now, but the doctor said that he will be mildly contagious for a few more weeks. So, that means that:

A) I'm going to leave him for the first time next weekend when Marshall and I fly to Chicago. I'm scared about that...

and

B)We're postponing his baby blessing. It will probably be sometime in March, but I'll keep you posted. I really am only expecting Amelia because she's here in Logan, but if any of you happen to be in town, you're welcome to come. It was fun to have some of you there when Eliza was blessed (Katie, Amelia and Sandy, right? Ang, Stac, and Nat, were you guys there, too?

Finally, on March 8th, we're having our Utah premiere of our film at a festival in Ogden, so if we're looking for an excuse to get together, this might be a good one. We could meet for lunch and then go to see the movie at 4:30 (it's a Saturday). Or, we could go to dinner afterwards. Let me know if that would work for any of you. Lets hit the Beach!!

So the recipe idea was a conversation killer. Sorry about that!! I have a small addiction problem when it comes to blogging. Amelia is with me on this one. I am hoping to put together a girls night SPRING BREAK party. Who's in and what weeekend in March or April is best for everyone? I need some ideas on where to go as well! What are the chances of MEXICO???? I so need a beach right now. Let me know!

My bad , my kids got on before I finished... So I was cooking Natalie's enchiladas when my oven exploded!!!!! SO I am not sure I will ever be able to make them again!!!!! But if it means anything they did smell good before the exploding!!!!

So funny story.......

You know how I was telling you about my run of bad luck. I happen to be cooking Natalie's very delicious enchiladas!!!!! Anyway thought you all would enjoy that story!!!

He's 8 weeks today. We've decided to bless him on February 24th, so if you're in town, feel free to come. It will be at my parents house at 4:30 pm.
